Lone Star Literary Life •  

In 2015, Barbara Brannon, Kay Ellington, and Michelle Newby Lancaster created the first statewide books-and-authors news coverage for Texas, Lone Star Literary Life. Featuring weekly reviews of new Texas books; a calendar of book events across the state; interviews with leading authors and literary figures; resource directories of booksellers, book clubs, writers’ groups, publishers, and more; and promotional programs such as book blog tours, the website and newsletter also published the annual Top Texas Bookish Destinations travel guide.

 

Managed and published since December 2018 by librarian Kristine T. Hall of Colleyville, the site can be accessed at
